The internship is a structured, work-based program designed to provide unemployed graduates with valuable work experience. Successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed-term internship agreement with the company, receiving a stipend. The responsibilities of the intern include loading learners on the INSETA system, scanning and saving certified documents and matric certificates, and ensuring all learner details are accurate. Interns will also use Microsoft Office extensively, assist with the preparation of verification for Skills Programs and Full Qualifications, prepare monthly FAIS admin reports, and maintain various training-related queries. Additionally, they will manage saving of contracts using DocuSign, support departments by collecting compliance data, and handle bursary applications and cash grants. The program requires a degree or diploma in fields such as Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or BCom Law/LLB.
